Take time today to go through your “To-Do” list and start clearing out the clutter.
Today’s mindfulness challenge: Make a “to-do” list and start focusing on one task at a time. Remember to complete each item fully and completely before moving onto the next item. Once you begin this process start to notice how you feel – do your stress levels go down? Do for you feel lighter? Are you inspired? Do new ideas or feelings of organizing flow freely to you?
