Courage comes in many forms. Mostly it can be witnessed in small subtle choices, decisions and actions not great big sweeping world-changing platforms. Just by making a decision to phone a friend to reconnect, talk to a stranger, get a hold of your finances, ask for more responsibility at work, etc. courage begins to help us step outside of our everyday boxes. Once we step outside these boxes we begin to propel ourselves forward.
Today’s Mindfulness Challenge: Notice how you can insert small acts of courage into even the most mundane of actions. How do you feel when you do? What happens to you emotionally? Physically? How do you carry yourself throughout the rest of the day?
